Red flags

  • Ignoring IAM / VPC constraints in a Bedrock design
  • No token or account spend budget
  • Equating Immersion Day workshops with production delivery
  • Cannot propose a thin vertical slice under incomplete access

  1. Customer wants Bedrock RAG over S3 + SharePoint with no public egress — design phase one.
  2. A tool-calling agent can update tickets in a customer ITSM — where are the human gates and audit logs?
  3. Pilot quality looks good; monthly token spend explodes — what do you change before expanding seats?
